Slash-accre!: A Slasher Movie Game is a board game tribute to 1980's slasher films, drawing inspiration from the stereotypes and conventions of the genre. A group of unsuspecting teens are throwing a party at an abandoned summer camp, not realizing they're not alone.
The game is played in a killer vs. teens fashion. The campgrounds are made of multiple 3D locations, which act as objective zones. The killer player sets up objective tokens for the teens, hiding in one of the locations. Teens must complete objectives after movement rolls to gather resistance tokens, items and parts of a victory plan while avoiding the killer. The killer uses their own deck to lure and scare the teens to gain an edge on them. During an encounter, the killer and the teens resolve fights with a dice roll and in case of an attack victory, the killer uses a kill deck card to eliminate the teens.
Teen player(s) are trying to complete parts of a victory plan to escape or defeat the killer, while the killer player aims to keep the teenagers from escaping and kill all of them.
